Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.8 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.3 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 0.8 cup chopped Celery, raw
- 4 4 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
- 3 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 package Okra, frozen, unprepared
- 1.5 slice Plain Butter
- 0.3 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.5 tsp, leaves Spices, thyme, dried
Instructions
- Coat a pan with little cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
- Add chicken and grill until brown on both sides, turn regularly while sprinkling some ground pepper.
- Add celery, okra, red pepper, thyme, salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Add tomatoes over chicken mixture and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the mixture and simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- Uncover the mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes. Now add butter and parsley. Serve hot.
