Ingredients
- 5 ounce Chicken breast, low fat
- 1 pita, large Bread, pita, whole-wheat
- 0.5 ounce Cheese, goat, soft type
- 1 cup Mixed Salad Greens
- 1 ounce Grape Tomatoes
- 1 ounce Onion, red, raw
Instructions
- Spray a nonstick skillet with oil and set on medium heat.
- Use garlic paste and fresh ground pepper to season the chicken breasts.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook. Slice the breasts into pieces, weigh out 150g and then set aside.
- Place the pita bread in the microwave or hot oven for about 45 seconds in order to soften it.
- Build your epic gyro.
- Add sriracha yogurt dressing and the rest of the ingredients. Top with goat cheese.
- Fold or roll the gyro and either place in foil or in a snack bag in order to prevent it from leaking.
