Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.75 1 tbsp taco sauce
- 0.25 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 piece Fat-free flour tortillas
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with a little splash of water, salt and pepper.
- Use cooking spray to lightly coat the nonstick pan and heat it over medium heat. Now add eggs and scramble gently so that it becomes fluffy and light.
- Heat tortilla over the pan for a few seconds on both the sides. Arrange eggs at the centre of the tortilla. Now top it with cheese and taco sauce.
- Roll up the tortilla and serve hot!
