Ingredients
- 1 package Broccoli, frozen, spears, unprepared
- 3 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 10 oz KRAFT VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Process Cheese Product
- 2.25 1/2 cup Tomatoes and Green Chilis, diced, undrained
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, chicken broth, chilies and tomatoes.
- Simmer the above mixture until the ingredients are tender.
- Cut Velveeta into cubes and transfer them into soup pot. Simmer until the cheese is melted.
- Divide the soup equally between bowls and serve immediately.
