Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Cereals, QUAKER, Quick Oats, Dry
- 0.33 1 cup Milk powder, non fat, dry
- 0.25 cup Apples, dried, sulfured, uncooked
- 4 Rounded Scoop Optimum Nutrition - 100% Whey Gold Standard - Extreme Milk Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 unit Stevia, natural sweetener, granulated
- 0.75 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.25 tsp Salt, table
- 0.125 tsp Spices, cloves, ground
- 4 ounce Water
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients except the water in a large airtight container and store, good for up to 6 months.
- To prepare the oatmeal: Shake the container well to ensure the ingredients are well mixed. In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Measure out and stir in 1/2 cup of the mixture, cook and stir for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from the heat and cover, let sit for 1 minute or longer depending on desired consistency.
