Ingredients
- 1 breast bone and skin r Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream, reduced fat
- 2 piece Whole wheat tortillas
- 0.3 cup Sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
- 0.3 cup, shredded Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- Coat a medium-sized skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place chicken on the skillet and cook for 3 – 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread the sour cream on one tortilla. Slice the chicken breast and spread on top. Cover with salsa and lettuce.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover with the other tortilla.
- Coat a large pan with cooking spray and cook the quesadilla on low heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Turn carefully with a large spatula.
