Ingredients
- 24 ounce Beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
- 0.3 cup Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu)
- 1 unit Stevia, natural sweetener, granulated
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 4 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 2 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 0.5 tsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, stevia, scallions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
- Place the beef in a large ziplock bag or container, pour the soy sauce marinade over it and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Lightly coat a large skillet in cooking spray and place over high heat. Add the beef and sauté until cooked through, 1 – 2 minutes per side.
