Ingredients
- 24 ounce Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), boneless, separable lean and fat only, raw
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 11 ounce Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, juice pack, drained
- 0.5 tsp Spices, cloves, ground
Instructions
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the chops, press into the meat. Coat a large skillet in cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
- Place the chops in the pan and brown on both sides. Pour the oranges over top and sprinkle with the cloves. Cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes, or until meat reaches desired doneness.
