Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Oil, flaxseed, cold pressed
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 0.5 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 7 piece Ice cubes

- 1 medium Bananas, raw
Instructions
- Start blending all of your ingredients except the ice on high. Once mixed, turn the blender to medium and add your ice cubes until desired consistency.
