Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped Shallots, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.5 tsp Sriracha
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.5 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 4 serving Ahold Chicken Thighs All Natural Boneless Skinless
- 0.75 tablespoon Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 0.4 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and coat it lightly with cooking spray.
- Add chicken evenly in the pan and sprinkle a little salt over it. Cook chicken until it becomes browned and then transfer it on a plate.
- In a small bowl, add salt, garlic and shallots. Smash the mixture until a paste is formed. Combine the garlic mixture with cilantro, soy sauce, Sriracha, lemon rind and sesame oil.
- Spread about 1 ½ tsp of cilantro mixture over each chicken and serve immediately.
