Ingredients
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.25 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.5 serving Ahold Tortellini Cheese
- 3.25 cup Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.5 small Onions, raw
- 4 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 9.4999999999998 cup Spinach, raw
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add tomatoes and chicken broth and continue to cook until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Now add the tortellini cheese and continue to cook as per the procedure mentioned on the packet label. When tortellini cheese is sufficiently cooked, add spinach. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, according to taste.
- Just before serving hot, garnish the dish with parmesan cheese.
