Ingredients
- 6 ounce Game meat, boar, wild, cooked, roasted
- 1 Serving Whole wheat hoagie
- 1 serving Isola Italian Tomatoes Cherry
- 0.5 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 ounce Marinara Sauce, low-fat
- 1 oz Cheese, goat, soft type
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tbsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Set oven to 400 degrees F (200C)
- Mix meat with all herbs and spices, form into 3 meat balls
- Spray skillet with non stick spray and saute the red onions
- Add the meatballs and cook untill 90% done
- Slice the hoagie down the middle and add meatballs. Drizzle with 2 tbsp marinara and sprinkle goat cheese. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place around the meatballs. Add fresh parsley.
- Bake in oven for 8-9 minutes!
