Clean eating, some good protein to start the day and gives you energy for a workout (preferably with a cup of coffee with it). It's also nice to start the day with something vegan and be nicer to your stomach.

Ingredients
- 35 gram Oats
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 cup Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1 scoop Sun Warrior Classic Plus
- 1 whole banana Banana
- 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 glass Rice milk, natural
Instructions
- Start by adding 1 dl of oats and 1 and a half dl of water in a bowl and microwave it for about 2 minutes on full heat. You can stop the microwave after 1 minute and stir it around a little bit to make the texture more even.
- Blend the peanutbutter and proteinpowder of your choice into a "muscle butter" in a separate bowl.
- Pour the peanutbutter into the oatmeal when finished and blend it around
- Cut the banana in small pieces into the bowl and add your frozen blueberries. Pour some rice milk/optional milk into the mix and you're done!
