Ingredients
- 1 4 oz Gold n' Plump Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 3oz Shrimp - Seamazz Brand
- 0.2 1/2 Cup Patak's Tastes of India -Vindaloo Hot & Spicy Simmer Sauce
- 1 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Shur Fine
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces
- 2. Add olive oil and heat. Add chicken pieces and brown.
- 3. Add jar of Vindaloo sauce and simmer chicken for 10-12 mins.
- 4. Add shrimp to mix in vindaloo flavor.
- 5. Turn off heat and seperate into food containers.
