Starbucks is delicious, but expensive. This copy cat recipe mimics the spinach, feta, egg white wrap. These wraps can be assembled and frozen for a great grab and go breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Light whipped cream cheese
- 2 1 cup 100% liquid egg whites
- 2 oz Cheese, feta
- 4 2 tbs Sun-Dried Tomatoes - Trader Joe's
- 12 cup Spinach, raw
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 8 ounce Joseph's Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread - 4 CT
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 F. Spray baking pan with oil.
- Pour egg whites into baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 - 30 min or until eggs are cooked through.
- Make sun dried tomato spread by combining cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes in food processor. Pulse a few times until blended with small chunks of tomatoes remaining. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook whites until set
- Sautee spinach in olive oil until wilted
- Assemble wraps. Spread cream cheese on wrap, sprinkle with spinach and feta. Place eggs at one edge of wrap and roll.
