Ingredients
- 600 gram Chicken, ground, raw
- 1 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
- 0.24 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 0.52 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 0.52 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 tbsp Spices, onion powder
- 6.92 gram Lime juice, raw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Take a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients together. Use hands to mix ingredients, turning and mixing thoroughly. Form 4 med sized patties with hands and put on baking sheet. Cook on one side for 18-20 min, flip and cook other side for same amount. Serve and enjoy!
