Ingredients
- 3.5 3 Cups Cruciferous Crunch - Trader Joe's
- 14 ounce Dole Salad Classic Coleslaw
- 2 pepper Peppers, jalapeno, raw
- 4 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1 ounce Lime juice, raw
- 1 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 2 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 ounce Rice wine vinegar
- 0.5 small Yambean (jicama), raw
- 2 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Combine all veggies
- Mix liquids together to make dressing
- Toss salad and add pineapple and salt and pepper to taste
