Ingredients
- 1.3 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 1 tsp Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 16 serving Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 4 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 3 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 clove Garlic, raw
- 3 tsp Sriracha
- 5 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 10 cup Spinach, raw
Instructions
- Place eggs in large sauce pan and cover with cold water by 1". Bring to a boil and cook for 1 min. Let cool before peeling.
- Heat 1 tbs olive oil in large skillet. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1-2 min). Stir in spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 min).
- In small bowl whisk together honey, coconut aminos, ginger, sesame oil, sirracha, 2 cloves minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat 1 tbs oil in large skilled over med heat. Add garlic and whites of green onions and cook until soft and fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned (3-5 min). Stir in soy sauce mixture and greens of green onions until well combined. Allow to simmer until heated through and thickened (about 2 min)
