Multi grain rice is a great source for complex carbs, protein and contains lots of fiber. Fiber helps to build muscle by making muscle tissue absorb amino acids faster and more efficiently. The beef is also a high protein meat but make sure you get a low-fat cut.

Ingredients
- 1 steak Beef, rib eye steak, boneless, lip off, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, grilled
- 1 unit Multi grain rice, cooked
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 stalk, small Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 0.5 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tbsp Sauce, peppers, hot, chili, mature red, canned
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 lime yields Lime juice, raw
Instructions
- Make a mix out of 2 tbsp of soy sauce, a clove of garlic, half of a red pepper and the ginger powder and juice of half a lime
- Cut the beef into strips and let them marinate in the mixture of the soy sauce for about 15 min
- Prepare the rice as described on the packaging
- Boil the broccoli for a few minutes and put them to the side
- Chop the bell pepper up and cook (with some oil) in a wok pan together with the pepper, some garlic and the rest of the red chili pepper
- While cooking the veggies in the wok, grill the beef in a separate pan, sear shortly on each side
- Add the broccoli to the veggies and add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and a tbsp of hot chilli sauce
- mix in the rice and the beef, stir for a minute and serve!
