This easy to make recipe is also packed with protein power. Even a good choice for a takeaway food, pack chicken burritos in your lunch box for a busy day.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 50 gram Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 medium Onions, raw
- 1 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 50 gram Parsley, fresh
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
- 1 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tbsp Spices, pepper, black
- 4 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
Instructions
- Roughly cut the chicken in small pieces.
- Mix bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, parsley, oregano and cumin powder in a food processor to make a quick salsa. Put salt and crushed black pepper to adjust the seasoning.
- Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a wok, add chicken fry for 2 minutes now add freshly prepared salsa and add little water. Bring to boil and let it simmer on low flame to 20 minutes.
- When the chicken is tender, let it cool for sometime and shred the chicken into bit size pieces.
- Take one tortilla from the pack; spread a generous amount of chicken salsa filling on it, topped with some chopped lettuce leaves and roll up.
- warm the tortilla in microwave for 1 minute on high power.
- Chicken burritos are ready to eat.
