Ingredients
- 10 gram Almond Nut
- 10 gram Nuts, pistachio nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
- 10 gram Nuts, cashew nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
- 10 gram Raisin, kishmish, black raisin
- 10 gram Dates, medjool
- 2 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Put all the dry fruits in a blender and add one cup of milk, blend well until you get a smooth paste of the dry fruits.
- Now add the remaining milk along with honey, blend again to mix well.
- Pour in a large glass for yourself, and drink for self - gratification.
- Chief's Tip: Soak all the dry fruits in water overnight for making a smooth milkshake.
