Banana and peanut butter protein shake [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 5 minutes
I often make this banana drink as it is not just easy to make but also tasty and filling. This shake contains banana which is loaded with potassium good for relieving muscle soreness, it is also a source of vitamin B6 which helps in protein metabolism. A well-known bodybuilder’s food, peanut butter makes this drink dense in protein. I have used skim milk to cut on the fats; you can substitute it with almond or soy milk.
