A healthy barbeque recipe, divine taste, loaded with the flavors of lime and garlic. Once cooked the Smokey shrimps generate a very manly aroma of flavors. This is a perfect recipe for my outdoor workout. When I got tired of working inside the gym, I call out my gym friends to my lawn for workout and follow this recipe to have a feast with them. No need to mention that it is rich in protein and low in carbohydrate.

Ingredients
- 1 unit Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, raw
- 5 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 6 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- In a big bowl, whisk - lemon juice, olive oil, garlic paste, oregano and salt together.
- Add shrimps (peeled and clean) to this marinate, give a nice toss and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread 5-6 shrimps on skewers; place them on hot and smokey barbeque.
- Keep an eye on the shrimps, toss them quickly, they cook really fast. Cook only for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove from barbeque and serve with salad or salsa of your choice.
