Ingredients
- 2 serving 2 slices Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, white, raw
- 4 tsp Alcoholic beverage, wine, cooking
- 1 tbsp Spices, dill weed, dried
- 5 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Flat the chicken breast with the help of a rolling pin; pound it to make a thin layer that can be rolled up nicely.
- Cook the mushrooms on low heat with white wine, lemon juice and dill.
- Simmer the mushrooms until dry. Now let the mixture cool for some time.
- Take the flatten chicken breast, spread mushroom mixture on it and tightly roll them up, seal them with the help of a toothpick.
- Dip the chicken rolls in the milk and coat them nicely with bread crumbs.
- Bake the coated chicken rolls in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 350 degree.
- Enjoy baked mushrooms and chicken rolls.
