I have to eat lots of protein and carbohydrate rich diet for muscle building, sometimes such kind of diet lacks in fiber. The digestive system needs fiber to work properly and salads are the safe bet in order to stuff it with required amount of fiber. This is the reason that I ensure to include one preparation of salad in my meal plan daily. This sprouts and avocado salad is fiber rich and tasty as well. It is high in fat, but it's all avocado, which contains much needed fatty acids. But guys make it fresh every time with fresh ingredients, salads are not meant to make and freeze.

Ingredients
- 1 cup, cubes Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 sprout Brussels sprouts, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, green leaf, raw
- 1 cup Spinach, raw
- 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 1 cup grated Carrots, raw
- 4 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, thyme, dried
- 1 gram Basil, fresh
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 cup drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
Instructions
- Take a big bowl, add- avocado, sprouts, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion and sweet corn mix well.
- Take another small bowl to prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and herbs mix vigorously.
- Pour on the salad and mix well; healthy salad is ready to eat.
