Ingredients
- 2 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 serving 2 slices Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 0.25 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
- 0.5 cup Spinach, raw
- 3 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 1 tbsp Spices, pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Cook chicken on frying pan over med-high heat, add seasoning on top of chicken, let cook. Put two pieces of bread in the toaster in one slot together (this makes your bread toasted on the outside and soft on the inside) Build up your sandwich with all the ingredients and serve immediately!
