I suggest it for post-workout or have it for breakfast or between meals. This drink contains good proteins like whey, milk, cottage cheese and egg whites balanced by fiber rich oats and potassium ample bananas.

- 1 scoop Soy protein, neutral flavor
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 piece Egg white beaten
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 piece Banana

- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
