I like to include more beef in my diet as it is a best source of high class protein. In this recipe I made roasted beef and mixed it with brown rice and veggies to make it an easy and a complete meal. Beef is a rich source of iron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 but the best thing is the creatine levels found in beef which promotes muscle growth like no other food. Unlike chicken or fish beef is rich in carnitine, which supports fat metabolism. Have a roast beef with some brown rich to feel satiated.
