Fudge protein bar [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 12
- Time: 40 minutes
The good thing about protein bars is that they are easy to make and easy to eat. I like to make them in lots and carry them around to eat like an in-between meals snack. This recipe of protein bar is full of protein powder and don’t worry about fats; there is peanut butter to take care of it. I have used honey to increase calories; you can substitute it with sweetener. This is a perfect snack for bodybuilders as it can be eaten at any time of the day.
