Ingredients
- 0.8 cup Oats
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 0.3 cup, packed Raisins, seedless
- 25 gram Nuts rice, almond, pumpkin, sun flower,
- 1 tbsp Oil, coconut
- 1 1 scoop Cellucor, Peanut Butter Marshmallow Whey Protein
Instructions
- In a food processor, grind the raisins into a paste and mix it up with all the other ingredients
- Press the mixture into silicon molds (like these) and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
