Ingredients
- 1 serving 1 container CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Peas, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 quart Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 medium Onions, raw
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 gram Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, fry onion until translucent in oil.
- Add frozen peas, salt and pepper and chicken broth simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in milk and give one boil to the soup, remove from fire.
- When cool, blend it into the blender until smooth.
- Return the soup into the same pan and heat through.
- Serve warm with a dash of lemon juice.
