Ingredients
- 0.48 cup Butternut Squash
- 3 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 2.04 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2.04 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
- 0.72 cup Nuts, coconut milk, canned (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
- 0.96 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.96 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 0.96 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda
- 0.96 scoop Syntrax Nectar - Chocolate Truffle
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in 2 separate bowls.
- Mix it together with a hand mixer.
- Heat the oven to 180C (350F)
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan
- Bake for about 30 mins.
