Ingredients
- 3 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 2 tbsp Sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
- 0.25 1/2 cup Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 0.25 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 0.13 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 1 1 Large Tortilla La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla, Large
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Sautee your ground turkey, garlic, chili powder, and cayenne pepper in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
- When the turkey is almost finished, stir in the black beans and salsa.
- Cut the tortilla into 4 equally sized wedges. Distribute the turkey mixture amongst the 4 pieces. Roll each up, using a toothpick to hold them together.
- Place the 4 taquitos on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400F for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy. This will change a bit depending on what kind of tortilla you use.
- Remove the toothpicks. Serve with plain greek yogurt and avocado. More salsa would also be a great pair!
