Ingredients
- 1 piece Egg white beaten
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1 tsp Garlic, raw
- 1 gram Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tbsp Celery, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, dill weed, dried
- 1 tsp, leaves Spices, oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Add egg white and egg in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until incorporated, add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, celery, parsley, chili and herbs, mix again.
- Heat a non stick pan on medium heat; pour some olive oil and heat.
- Slowly add the egg mixture into the pan and stir with the wooden spoon.
- Cook until you get your desired look of scrambled eggs.
