I like to have snacks after my workout session. This recipe is perfect to add required carb in my diet after or even before my workout. Sweet potatoes are a good source of slowly released carbohydrate that is essential for muscle building and sustaining the muscles. Gorge on this snack along with a protein shake of your choice, to make it a complete meal after a heavy workout session.

Ingredients
- 100 whole Sweet potato, raw, whole
- 1 gram Spices, rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp, leaves Spices, thyme, dried
- 1 gram Spices, onion powder
- 1 gram Salt, table
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Spices, paprika
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degree F.
- Add paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them length wise.
- Rub seasoning on the sweet potatoes.
- Spray some olive oil on them.
- Arrange them on a baking tray and bake until tender.
- Baking depends on the size of the sweet potatoes; it may take up to 40 minutes.
