I must say that these rolls are really good! I tried them out today and loved every bit of it that I thought of sharing this recipe with you. Just as I tried, I will recommend you to try cucumber strips for your wraps. They complement the cooked tuna perfectly!
The dish is really simple to do and takes very little time. It is a perfect snack to have anytime of the day and I must say it is quite satisfying.
With plenty of carbs and protein packed in each of these rolls, they are a must try for every bodybuilder looking to improve his or her performance.

Ingredients
- 1 small Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 1 cup strips or slices Carrots, raw
- 1 oz Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 15 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 5 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
Instructions
- Cut thin cucumber strips using a large knife, lengthwise
- Take a bowl and mix drained tuna, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper and salt
- Across one end of the cucumber strip add one tbsp of tuna salad. Then top it up with a small amount of carrot slice
- Start preparing rolls!
- To prevent unrolling you may consider using a toothpick
- Serve the fresh rolls on a plate
