Ingredients
- 1 fruit without seeds Oranges, raw, with peel
- 100 gram Melons, cantaloupe, raw
- 50 gram Spinach, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 1 piece Ice cubes
- 1 container Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
Instructions
- Add orange, spinach and cantaloupe into a blender
- Blend the mixture
- Once you get a green smoothie, add ice cubes and yogurt. Start blending again
- Pour the final mixture into a glass and serve chilled
