Ingredients
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 oz Nuts, walnuts, english
- 1 gram Sweetener, syrup, agave
- 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
Instructions
- Boil the milk in a pot.
- Add oatmeal and nuts to the milk and stir.
- Cook on medium heat by stirring occasionally.
- Cook for five minutes and add Agave nectar, remove from the heat and let it set for few minutes.
- Add blueberries before serving.
- You can also add cranberries and strawberries into this according to your taste.
