I was under the impression that having pan cakes is a complete no-no for a bodybuilder until I have created this pan cake recipe that is low in fat and high in protein. This is my version of a chocolate pancake; here I use chocolate protein powder and oats in this recipe to make it fit in my macros meter. So it is appropriate for my mid-morning and mid-evening snacks. You can also try this to satisfy your sweet tooth a bit.

Ingredients
- 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 0.5 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Leavening agents, cream of tartar
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except water into a mixing bowl.
- Add water as desired to make a nice batter for pancakes.
- Heat a non stick pan and spray little olive oil on it.
- Pour a big spoonful of batter on the frying pan, cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Flip the pancake when golden brown from the bottom.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown from both sides.
