Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 1 cup cup rinsed solids Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned, drained solids, rinsed in tap water
- 1 cup drained, rinsed Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water\~^CHICKPEAS (GARBANZO BNS,BENGAL GRAM),MAT SDS,CND,DRND,RNSD~
- 1 cherry Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 medium Onions, raw
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 sprigs Parsley, fresh
- 1 cup drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp, leaves Spices, basil, dried
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
Instructions
- Wash and clean all the beans together and boil them until they become soft.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and saute chopped onion until translucent.
- Add cooked beans, tomatoes, sweet corn, parsley, lime juice, salt, pepper, oregano, basil.
- Mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes
- Check the seasoning and serve.
