Balsamic Glazed Chicken And Onion [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 25 minutes
You don't have to eat dull chicken breast every day to accomplish your daily need of protein. This Balsamic vinegar glazed chicken recipe is amazing, the chicken is so tender that it melts in your mouth. The sweet caramelized onion is perfectly balanced with the acidic flavor of vinegar. I like this sweet and savory taste of the balsamic onion and chicken. The added herbs and bell peppers supply valuable anti-oxidants and fiber essential for healthy bowel movement.
