Avocado is considered a friendly fruit for body builders. The fat in avocado is good and encourages fat burning in the body. So I thought why not use this fruit to make a drink for myself. And I can’t tell you how delicious it is. I used the ripe variety of avocado for making this smoothie. I put some chocolate protein powder in it to make it more worthy. The combination is unique and impeccable. It has now become my favorite drink after training.
