Ingredients
- 3 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 0.5 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
Instructions
- Pour mixed egg whites into non-stick pan with some olive oil
- While cooking over low heat add in tuna, seasonings, diced tomatoes and onions
- When egg begins to firm, fold in half and cook for a couple more minutes on each side
- Then place on the plate and sprinkle cheese on top
