- Servings: 2
- Time: 60 minutes
This classic turkey meatloaf is a delicious and healthier version of a meatloaf. I use my mother’s method of making a meatloaf, except that I use turkey instead of ground beef. I like the flavors coming from the herbs used in this recipe. I use whole wheat bread crumbs in this recipe to add complex carbohydrates, you can substitute it with oats if you want. The classic turkey meatloaf is an high protein recipe and you can combine it with mashed sweet potato for making it a whole meal.
