I crave for noodles most of the time and try new recipes using them. Last week I bought a pack of fettuccine noodles (A thick flat type of noodles made with eggs and flour, mostly used in roman cuisine) and did some brainstorming to create a healthy recipe fitting my macros. I must say that my ‘Lean salmon and Fettuccine noodles’ turned into a wholesome and highly satisfying meal.
The final dish is low in fat and rich in protein, vitamin, minerals and carbohydrates. It's a must-try if you enjoy noodles just like me.
