Ingredients
- 400 gram Fish, pollock, Alaska, untreated, raw
- 2 small Carrots, raw
- 4 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 2 TBSP Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic!
- 1 tbsp Oil, coconut
- 0.76 cup Nuts, coconut milk, canned (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
- 1 tsp Salt, table
Instructions
- In a food processor, grind the pollock, carrots & potato together.
- Add in the eggs, salt, coconut flour & coconut milk and mix well.
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan and scoop some of the mixture in.
- Cook until nice and brown on both sides.
