This pizza is wrap based, and therefore low in calories and fats compared to when you'd normally make a pizza bottom. The chicken is a great source of protein and the spinach, as proven by Popeye many times, improves the circulation of oxygen in the muscles and improves the burning of calories and fats. Tastes really nice as well!

Ingredients
- 0.8 unit Whole Wheat Wraps
- 1 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 0.8 100g MORNINGSTAR FARMS Veggie Bites Spinach Artichoke, frozen, unprepared
- 1 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.5 medium Onions, raw
- 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, white, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 0.25 100g Tomato products, canned, puree, with salt added
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
Instructions
- Add the garlic to the tomato puree and smear it on the wrap
- Grill or oven roast your chicken and slice it into pieces
- Cut the onions and the other veggies and stack on the wrap (you can take any veggies you want)
- Put the spinach, the chicken and the mozzarella on top
- Put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes
