Ingredients
- 168 gram Whole wheat lasgna noodles
- 8.04 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 2.52 cup Sauce, pasta, spaghetti/marinara, ready-to-serve, low sodium
- 0.96 package yields Spinach, frozen, chopped or leaf, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 2.04 cup Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, white, raw
- 8.04 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.96 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
Instructions
- Cook ground beef until it turns brown
- Prepare noodles as directed by its manufacturer
- Take a pan measuring 9” *13” and spray cooking spray.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of spaghetti sauce at the bottom section of the pan
- Except for mozzarella cheese, mix all other ingredients
- Transfer half portion of noodles into a tray and top it with the cheese mixture
- Then add remaining portions of noodles and again top it with remaining cheese mixture
- Then top this with fat free cheese
- Start baking this mixture for at least 40 minutes at 350 degrees
