If you love rice based foods, then you will surely like Mediterranean rice. This aromatic dish is rich in carbs and protein and is therefore considered as a healthier option for bodybuilders and weight watchers.
I personally love tunas as they are tasty and flavourful. This is one dish that I always keep coming back for more. I recommend it to have during dinner as it is easy to digest and light on your stomach.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Basmati rice
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 20 gram Onion, red, raw
- 0.25 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados, raw, California
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Take 100g Basmati rice and boil it for 20 minutes
- Add cooked rice in a bowl. Add strips of red onion into the rice
- Add fresh tuna and avocado pieces into rice
- Add little lemon juice into rice
- Add pepper and salt to taste
- Serve hot
