Ingredients
- 0.75 100g Rice noodles, cooked
- 2.5 tbsp Nuts, cashew nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
- 1 tsp Oil, coconut
- 2 fillet Fish, tilapia, cooked, dry heat
- 2 100g Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 1 tbsp Sauce, peppers, hot, chili, mature red, canned
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles, follow instructions on the package
- Heat up a pan and roast the cashew nuts and take them out when ready
- Pour the coconut oil in the pan and fry the fish for around 3-4 minutes (depending on size)
- Add the broccoli (cut in pieces first)
- Wok the cooked rice noodles in a pan, and mix up with the sweet chili sauce
- Throw everything on your plate and eat
